Joshua C. James, MD, is a board-certified ENT specialist who leads his practice in McKinney, Texas, by offering state-of-the-art otolaryngology care. Dr. James is a native of Plano, Texas, and enjoys serving those within his community.

Dr. James spends much of his free time serving on the board and volunteering at the Collin County Children’s and Family Health Clinic. He is also the Vice President for the Collin-Fannin Medical Society. Currently, he serves as a volunteer medical director for Project Access, a healthcare venue for low-income families with medical needs. Dr. James has a passion for ensuring that quality healthcare is available to all people and routinely advocates as a delegate in the Texas Medical Association’s governing body.
